Want to join the Board of Directors for Midwest Raiders?

Get Involved with the Midwest Raiders – Join a Committee or Apply for the Associate Board!
At the heart of the Midwest Raiders are the dedicated volunteers who keep our organization strong. Each Board Member serves as the head of a specific committee, helping to lead key areas that make our program run smoothly.

Starting with our 2023 season, we introduced a new process requiring individuals to complete one full year as an Associate Board Member before being eligible to run for an official Board of Directors seat.

If you're interested in becoming an Associate Board Member for the 2026 season (our 2025 positions are already filled), or if you’d like to contribute as a Committee Member, we invite you to fill out the interest form linked below.

What is a Committee Member?
Committee Members work directly under a Board Member to support a specific area within the organization. This could include assisting with events, helping at our home field on weekends, or contributing to other essential activities. Committee roles are flexible, and you’re welcome to help wherever you’re needed.

What is an Associate Board Member?
An Associate Board Member participates in all board activities—monthly meetings, weekend field duty, Raider events, and more—but does not yet hold voting power. This role is designed as a stepping stone to full board membership and gives you a chance to actively contribute, learn, and prepare to take on greater leadership in the future.
